1)All sales are final, non refundable.

2)All prices shown excludes postage
-RM 6 (WM) poslaju
-RM 9 (EM) poslaju
-Extra RM2 for additional items.
-sometimes the postage charges may vary due to the weight of the items

3)Payment should be made within 48 hours upon receiving confirmation email.

4)Goods should arrive within 1-4 days.

5)Goods will be mailed every friday unless told otherwise.

6)We are not responsible for any lost or damaged incurred during shipping.

7)for preorders/ deposit booking items : once items have arrived u r given 72 hours/3 days to make balance payment or note us of any time frame of when u would want to make payment .if no mutual agreement has been discussed . items booked with deposit will be resold and deposit are burnt to cover for our lost! PLS TAKE NOTE!we do not refund your deposit unless item is sold out. ALL items prebook with deposit are final and cannot b changed.

8) items are not returnable unless defected b4 delivery .we r not responsible for damage done by delivering services.

9)Note that our pre-loved item is in as good condition as the percentage given and as shown in the pictures, unless statead differently.

10)allow a little colour difference on items due to flash or lighting.

11)note that every item status is not updated becoz we deal direct with wholealers..n they deal with many stocks. so to keep updated with every each item will be hard. therefore pls check with me 1st the availability.

12)if u have NOT received your items in 3 WORKING DAYS pls let me know ASAP.all tracking numbers are THROWN AWAY after 1 week of informed delivery date.if u come to us any later than three days we r NOT RESPONSIBLE for your item not arriving.tqvm
